RE:Her Celebrates Female Restauranteurs Mar 3 – 14

February 28, 2022 by Bryan

In Nov. 2020, nine LA female restaurateurs formed Regarding Her (aka RE:Her) to respond to the devastating impact of COVID-19 on the restaurant industry. Their first undertaking, 10 Days RE:Her, united over 100 female food and beverage entrepreneurs across LA for a 10-day festival featuring unique collaborations. This year’s event takes place from March 3 – 14, 2022.

Re:Her

RE: Her is a non-profit organization devoted to the advancement of female restaurateurs. They strive to create opportunities for connection and success through programs that support, unite and uplift female food and beverage entrepreneurs in LA and into the Washington D.C. area.

Their inaugural festival, 10 Days RE:Her, debuted on the anniversary of the Women’s March in January 2021. Nearly 100 female-owned restaurants and women-run food & beverage brands came together to offer 85 events across Los Angeles County. These women united to provide unique collaborations with other female chefs, thematic menus, one-on-one conversations among female industry leaders, etc.
