On Mon. Apr. 22, Akasha will host a Passover Dinner featuring cookbook author Joan Nathan. Merissa Nathan Gerson will lead the Seder dinner.
During the reception, begin with Chopped Chicken Liver, Eggplant Caponata, Matzoh, or Gluten Free Matzoh. Then enjoy a special multi-course Seder dinner with an entree choice of Joan’s Favorite Braised Brisket, Double-Lemon Roast Chicken Thighs, and Provencal Eggplant Casserole.
